5 Ways to Experience Self Care
Life can be draining, and downright depressing at times, but there are ways to keep you from being a Gloomy Gus. How are you supposed to remain positive if you aren't taking care of yourself? Remember self-care is not self-ish , but rather self-less . You need to be your best self if you are going to help others and be a joy to be around, like me, said no one ever. 1) Take Breaks: Make time for yourself. Take a walk alone. Read a book. Get a massage. Go for a scenic drive. Listen to soothing music. Meditate? Yes. It is easier than you think, and no incense or sitting crisscross applesauce required.
